Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from MP4-WHOLESALE;

1. Please email info@mp4-wholesale.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product.
2. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on the purchase price of the returned product. The product must be returned to MP4-WHOLESALE warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
3. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
4. MP4-WHOLESALE is not responsible for any shipping cost and for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
5. A 15% open box restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box

A product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box.

If you discover that your product may be DOA please email us at info@mp4-wholesale.com within 14 days of the invoice date. Our technical support will determine if the product is DOA

If the product is determined to be DOA, we will offer you the following options:

1. Replacement: The same product that was ordered will be shipped to you at your expense.
2. Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced the product is no longer eligible for replacement. Product must be deemed DOA by MP4-WHOLESALE technical support within 14 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.
3. MP4-WHOLESALE will not be responsible for shipping cost of the returned product but the exchanged product will be shipped for free.

If the returned product is determined to be NOT DOA, the product will be handled as a regular return and our refund&return policy will be applied.
